Cybex is an operator-led retail technology firm. For more than twenty years we have built the systems specialty retailers run their businesses on — point of sale, merchandising and allocation, sales audit, warehouse and fulfilment, e-commerce integration, loyalty — and now the AI data platform that ties them together. Experience spans single-banner operations to chains of up to 500 locations.
We are neither a product company chasing licence counts nor a body shop renting out juniors. Every engagement is delivered by the same small senior team, on systems we expect to still be supporting a decade later. Our principals’ backgrounds include consulting and delivery at Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, but the habits that define Cybex come from the store floor and the distribution centre: ship working software, measure it against the baseline, and stay accountable for it in production.
